The Service is built on privacy-first design principles. We strictly adhere to the following commitments:

5. User Content and Intellectual Property

5.1. User Content: You retain all rights and ownership of the text, papers, and data you upload, submit, or create using the Service ("User Content"). You grant Innovimed Sp. z o.o. only the necessary limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to host, copy, transmit, and process User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

5.2. Service IP: All other intellectual property, including the Service's name, logo, design, underlying software, and proprietary AI analysis algorithms (excluding the User Content and the AI analysis output), are the property of Innovimed Sp. z o.o.

6. User Obligations

You agree not to use the Service:

1. a. For any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable national, EU, or international law.
2. b. To violate the intellectual property rights of others (e.g., uploading copyrighted papers without permission).
3. c. To transmit any computer viruses, worms, or malicious code.
4. d. To attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service's software or AI models.
5. e. To perform automated use of the system, such as using scripts to send comments or messages, or engaging in data mining.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

7.1. Analysis Accuracy: The AI paper analysis feature provides outputs generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, the output should be considered a tool and not a substitute for professional academic review or your own critical judgement. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the AI-generated outputs.

7.2. "As Is": The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

7.3. Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by Polish law, Innovimed Sp. z o.o. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These T&C shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland. Any disputes arising from or relating to these T&C shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Warszawa, Poland.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these T&C at any time. We will provide reasonable notice before any new terms take effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
